For this special Monthly Meeting we will have special guest presenter Karina Trejo from @i.amhealin as they lead us through a free breath-work and meditation.Β A little bit aboutΒ our guest presenter:Β
karina trejo (they/them) is a first generation queer non-binary gender expansive healer, creative, and community organizer native to Tongva land (Los Angeles, CA). They are 200hr trauma informed yoga, meditation facilitator and sound healer. Their work is rooted in healing, justice by creating safe(r) and brave spaces of care through breath, sound, movement, love and community. They are the founder of I Am Healin a gender expansive grass-root creative holistic wellness collective that centers Black, Indigenous, people of color and all those who identify within the LGBTQIA+ community. They currently provide virtual and in person offerings based in Los Angeles, California.
