San Francisco Community Health Center provides medical, dental, and mental health care for trans, queer, immigrant, and unhoused communities. They offer support groups, HIV resources, a clothing closet, art and meditation spaces, movie nights, and more. Their mission is to advance health, healing, and equality through community-driven care.

‣TransLink Program:TransLink is a 6-month program for trans women of color in San Francisco focused on reducing HIV, STIs, and Hepatitis C while building empowerment and community. It offers holistic support, resource access, and support groups, with over $270 in participation incentives.

‣STAHR (San Francisco Transgender Alliance for Health Resources): A community-led Health Access Point program serving trans women in San Francisco. Partnering with the Department of Public Health, it works to reduce HIV, STIs, and Hepatitis C while improving health, safety, and quality of life through inclusive training and support.
